We are pleased that we were able to use my husbands VA for this purchase. The interest rate is excellent that you offered us. I like the fact that the interest rate can be passed on to a VA qualifier if we decide to sell in the future. I have to say ALLOT of information was needed to finalize this loan. In todays world I can understand to a point. I feel with our credit rating, and the fact that we are very responsible it is hard for us to be put into a group that has taken advantage of the system. jmo
