I had a good experience both in my purchase and now with my refi. I wasn't looking into refinancing but they contacted me and suggested it to get me a better rate and lower payment. My favorite part was being able to handle almost all of it with my phone whether I was at home or at work. We have 5 kids and a very busy lifestyle.
