I know there were some last minute changes at our 2nd closing. Jason did say we would close that day and we did. So I thank him and his team for working hard and getting it through. My wife and I had a lot of trouble for our first home buying. From bad realtor finding out our first home we picked would flood. To and inspection that never went through making us move our closing date forcing us to find people to work for us and help move . Not knowing if we will actually close the day we want. Veterans untied did step up and say they would put for a hotel and storage if we didn’t make our 2nd closing date. It was a hectic home buying experience.

Ryan, Cara and the whole team exemplified professionalism. They thoroughly explained the process and responded in a timely manner throughout. My experience with Veteran's United was good. I was able to apply online and get pre-approval in a couple minutes. Although the whole home purchasing experience can be a bit stressful. They were available to answer most of my questions. I liked that I could screenshot most documents and upload. That made things a little easier with my schedule.
I had a great, worry free home buying experience with my whole loan team especially Doug (loan specialist) and Ross (Realtor). I highly recommend both these men if you want a smooth home buying experience.

I understand that people are busy but I had left several messages with questions about our loan process that went unanswered. This lead to a misunderstanding due to lack of communications and now we are stuck with a very large negative hit against our credit. We are trying to appeal with the credit beureau's but we are severely disappointed. Any help would be appreciated.
