Over all experience with Veterans United 10 out of 10. Very professional staff and My rates went from 4.6 to 2.8 saving me $400 off of my mortgage. Highly recommend Veterans United if you want to save money on your mortgage.
Great competitive rates. Received pre-approval letter in less than 48 hrs. Web site easy to use when uploading documents or checking loan status. Tried to close under 40 days but Veterans United wasn't able to process loan by requested close date. Veterans United required much more documentation than experienced with other lenders in the past.
Honestly, I’ve heard many horror stories about mortgage lenders. I can’t not thing of one negative thing about VU. They made me feel like family during this stressful time and am glad I decided to use them. Best customer service from any financial services company I have ever used. I am glad I listened to my old military buddy and decided to go with them.
