Our closing date was for the 17. But , prior to that date, we were to have our final check amount for closing... nope!
So the date to close is now the next day, and still no news about the final amount, so we’re so upset and anxious, is this gonna happen today the 18.
Talk about stress.
Ok maybe not all VU, but the back and forth for the final amount, Geez.

Make sure you tell the clients everything about closing or closing costs are not considered at the end of the deal. And that there are out of cost payments also
The ease of use of VU's website was really nice. Having bought and sold three other houses I did enjoy how seem-less there tools are. I was heavily disappointed in the lack of communication between underwriting and the loan team. My experience was amazing in the beginning and turned to below average at the end. I cannot say for sure I would recommend VU in the future. I am defiantly in the 3% of not satisfied.
