From ensuring that we were pre-qualified and then pre-approved even helping us improve our credit slightly to receive a better rate. They communicated every step of the process and made us feel comfortable with the life changing decision of owning a new home without feeling pressured into using Veterans United. We were encouraged to find better rates out there and if we did, they would match those published rates. We would highly recommend Veterans United to all of our veteran friends including our daughter when it comes time for their next home purchase or refinance.
Sometimes the paperwork was overwhelming but Ryan and Trevor always helped us through the maze.
