He was with us every step of the way and always so punctual and accommodating (we have crazy work schedules.) I don't believe we ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for a reply-even on weekends and at almost 10pm! That's rare for any company. Veterans United also set us up with an amazing realtor that was just the same as our specialist-always on top of everything and knowledgeable!
