Josh Kaplian was a very professional loan officer and I always felt like he was on my side. The only thing that I did not like was that josh was the senior loan office over my loan but the subordinate loan officers that worked my loan changed out to often. I had anywhere from 4-6 different loan officers.
The portal was great and easy to use. Maureen and Hayley were on top of things and communicated well with us.
