The communication is horrible, my team did everything last minute.When I clicked ready to pay for the appraisal on a Monday, they still didn’t call me, I waited until Friday, I was like are you guys ever going to call to get this appraisal going!!I understand there can be miscommunication, but if you have been doing this for 9 years don’t assume someone who is a first time home buyer going to understand all the documents. That is like going to a doctor office and trying to understand your diagnosis without the doctor explaining it!The funny part is on the closing day, I didn’t know where to go and what time, it said on the portal that my loan coordinator will tell me, well that didn’t happen, I had to figure it out myself!!Beside my team
