I have read a lot about other veterans’ great experiences with VU and loan teams. However, their experiences are still nothing compared to mine. Neither are their loan teams a match for Ashley’s. Bar none VU is the absolute best. Don't waste time somewhere else.
Veterans United had great customer service, reaching out and replying to questions in a timely manner. The online check list interface was easy to work with and provided a smooth transaction allowing the process of getting the loan with ease. I personally would highly recommend.

I cannot say our experience with the loan coordinator was as good as Tyler. Seemed to mske excuses when questioned about things, had s tendency to become argumentative. We stopped communicating with her towards the end.
