We initially contacted Veterans United because of its high ratings and because we wanted to see how it stacked up against our then lender. Well, VU blew the competition out of the water. Our VU loan officer provided outstanding, professional, and cheerful service. He was always quick to respond (even when we didn’t expect a response right away), and he bent over backward to get (and succeeded in getting) the closing date we needed. We’ll stick with Veterans United from this point on!
