Kollin is the man if I was stressed he figured it with in seconds. He also would just call randomly to make sure everything is going good. I'm 1000 percent positive if it wasn't for kollin I would have backed out of buying a home. My family and I are beyond grateful for what my boy did for us.

Veterans united made this process so easy, I loved every minute that I spent with my team. We had some bumps in the road a couple times but my team had it all handled and made me feel completely taken care of at all times.
The VA provides an invaluable service to its military service members and retirees. Interest rates are very competitive. I understand the need for the VA Funding Fee but if the VA were truly providing a service to all, it should be a single fee for all regardless of a downpayment or not. If I have to pay, it’s really not a meaningful service to the people it supports.
I have used VU twice to buy homes. They are the very best I have ever experienced. Over the years I have bought and sold several homes. VU is by far the leader in getting it done, customer service and support. Kat and her team keep you informed, go the extra mile to get what ever needs done complete. There should be a box that gets checked indicating if the property has some kind of land lease because the land lease inspection and should be something the seller has to disclose
