This was my first time as a home buyer. I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Leanna and Justin made this process very smooth and easy. Most everything was done online and was super simple to get all documents uploaded. The team answered all my questions and the response time was quick. They always reassured my everything was going as planned and what I was doing was normal part of the process so I didn't worry there was a problem with my loan. I couldn't have asked for a better and easier experience. I highly recommend anyone who is qualified to use veterans united as your home loan lender you will not be disappointed.

If you use Veteran's United, you won't be disappointed. I went from the needs work on credit stage to pre qualification and then before I knew it, we found our home and closed on it. My loan officer Aaron Rand was great and I was not the best customer at times because I was calling and/or emailing every single day. I challenged every single stage of the process and had them explain over and over to make sure everything was clear before I make any progress.
