This was by far the easiest home purchase I have made. The process from start to finish was very smooth.
The only thing I would suggest is a better understanding for new users on the website interface. Maybe I missed the intro and it took me a little bit to get set up but once I was moving it became an easy process with to do lists and emails.

The overall process has been great :) I am a first time home buyer and the only really bad thing was waiting until 2 hours before signing to get the final dollar amount to bring to closing. Especially when you have about an hour for travel time to the signing location and you still have to stop at the bank. Whether you're doing a bank check, electronic transfer or wire, you still have to go to the bank. This may be old school way but, some people still like that.
Veterans United is the best company to work with on attaining a mortgage. The staff is professional, consistent and diligent in meeting all of your concerns and addressing all of the steps throughout the process. The staff are there to give you both support and assistance whenever you need them. Excellent is what this company is!
