This experience with Veteran’s United was one simply described in our words as a “white glove” treatment. Any time we felt confused, a simple review of videos uploaded through their app made things so much smoother for our understanding of the process along with any concerns. Also, communication by simply texting the Team directly was an awesome feature and experience. Someone within the Team always responded and/or would call immediately. This Team was hard at work around the clock ensuring all required documents were uploaded for review/signatures at real time(yep, past midnight hours to calling when not feeling too hot). Attention to detail from our Team at Veterans United kept the closing date on track with less time and faster processing(10-15 mins during closing). Amazing! Thank you ALL for getting us past the finish line!!!
