Honestly everything went smoothly if it wasn’t for the fact that we were getting a house built things would have went faster. But all in all the process was a success.

The entire process is very in-depth & requires a lot of attention to personal finances, however as long as you keep up with the "to-do" list, it is very straight-forward & easy to follow. Make sure you are able to scan & upload documents to your file as phone screenshots will not work in most cases. Other than that everything is pretty much just completing each task one-step-at-a-time. Don't get frustrated with the process, it's well worth it in the end!!!!
