Tyler did an amazing job from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know what was happening every step of the way.
Veterans United even had some other employee contact me to tell me which utility companies service my new address and were completely wrong on two of them and only gave me 3 of the 6 options on another (The 3 worst options I might add). When I contacted the employee that gave me this bad info I structured my e-mail to help him get better and to make sure other customers get better info. I got no response at all. Thanks Anthony Oetting!I've been in Customer Service my whole adult life. I pride myself on how much I care about the people I serve. I only felt that level of care from Katie Colden (Agent) and Chrystal Franks (Client Advocate).I strongly recommend you manage everyone that plugs into an application and interfaces with your customers to make sure expectations are being met. Terry Schoonover was doing a bad job and I even brought it to his bosses attention. His boss didn't care.

I assure you, that no one will offer you the quality you expect as a service member than Veterans United. As most Veterans you expect diligence, someone that moves with a sense of purpose, good communication and other valuable traits that are lost in today’s society. Veterans United did not miss those marks. And to my surprise, they excelled at them and more. I was impressed and relieved at their level of dedication and expertise this company has. I would not work with any other home buying service except Veterans United.
