This was my first time purchasing a home ever. I thought it was going to be very long and hard process because I was so far away from my family while purchasing and I was not able to be there to look at my house first hand and all paper work had to be mailed and or brought to me by a special person. But Bill my agent and Katie from Veterans United made it so easy I would do it again and would recommend Veterans United to anyone. They were so great to work with and made my life so great now that I own a new home. I love my house so much thanks to Bill for being honest and trustworthy. Even though I was not able to look at the house myself he took my sister through the whole process and we bought the perfect house for my family and me. The entire loan team is very knowledgeable about the whole VA loan process and knows how to guide you through the loan process as a whole. This loan company does not leave you "in the blind." Each loan team member is there for you and will answer all the questions you may have throughout the home buying process. The Veteran's United Home Loans web portal is also imposing and has a user-friendly interface. With the portal, you know exactly where your loan process is at every step of the loan process. The educational videos on each segment of the loan process are beneficial. The knowledge I've gained from these videos helped me go to my home closing prepared with knowledge of the documents that I was signing!
