All I can say is thank you. It has been a long time dream for us to have a home with a bit of property for our horse, a nice garden, and a few chickens. Shaun Diaz and his team are the best!! We have been renting for years and talking about buying a house. We finally decided that it was time to quit being nervous and apply for a VA loan. The minute we were preapproved we started looking immediately. When we put our offer in we asked for a 30 day closing because we were so excited to move. Afterwards I realized that 30 days was Memorial Day so I asked Shaun if we could close in 27 days and with the help of his amazing team they made it happen, even during a pandemic.
