Buying a home for the first time was a hectic experience. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect , but Kevin and Rachel were courteous and extremely professional and knowledgeable and guided me throughout the loan process. I would definitely recommend Veteran’s United to any veteran who is thinking about buying a home.
Veterans United made my wife and I home buying experience extremely easy. Every individual who I interacted with was extremely helpful and service oriented. The consultants at the lighthouse program guided us step by step through the prequalification process and got us to preapproval. Once we got to preapproval the entire process was stream lined and easy. Our loan officer Kevin Reichert and transaction coordinator Tim Overshiner were both extremely helpful and professional. I would strongly encourage any veteran looking to use the amazing benefit of the VA Home Loan to consider and use Veterans United Home Loans. Veterans United makes it apparent that their priority is the well being of the veteran and to place the veteran in a home. My wife and I are first time homeowners, but I can say if I find myself purchasing in the future and using my VA Home Loan I will go through Veterans United again.
I am pleased with the outcome of my home buying experience. My team made everything as easy as possible, they would explain things multiple times in different ways until you would clearly understand what they were saying so you would not go into something without understanding it. Process was broke into sections so that you get everything you needed to get through and buy a house.
A very easy and smooth process
It can seem like a lot especially when you don't know the steps, but trust me when I say their teams actually care. The staff is so helpful and it's just... well I'm at a lost for words. I can still call and ask questions if need be and that's rare in companies. No question was too miniscule. Anything you need to know they will help you. I'm just happy and thankful for the team I had. Let Veterans United help you find your dream home like they helped me.
I suggest better training and giving all information and needed paperwork clearly at the start instead of piecemeal.
