We received our pre-approval in the early stages within hours, not days and every step of the way after was the same. Every date we were given to expect something, came on that date or earlier. Danielle, Sarah, Alicia and team made this process very simple, taking the brunt of the work on themselves. They communicated with us every step of the way including in the very late hours of the night and on the weekends. This team made us feel comfortable with this complicated task. Initially I found Veterans United via a google search, the reviews were enough to prompt me to get additional information. Our home searching process (as far as finding a suitable home) was far from simple given the current market conditions and how quickly homes were coming and going off the market. We had lost out on a few potential homes despite placing offers all above asking price and even two due to discoveries made by our home inspector. Despite all the back and forth, highs and lows, and changes, Veterans United was quick to match the changing pace of our home search situation and help out whenever possible. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a home!
