In these uneasy times, courtesy and accountability go a long way. Matt and his team have been hands on all through out the Home Loan process. The details on my checklist were presented with simple clarity, making it much easier for me collect any and all documents Matt and the team needed from me. We initially contacted Veterans United because of its high ratings and because we wanted to see how it stacked up against our then lender. Well, VU blew the competition out of the water. Our VU loan officer provided outstanding, professional, and cheerful service. He was always quick to respond (even when we didn’t expect a response right away), and he bent over backward to get (and succeeded in getting) the closing date we needed. We’ll stick with Veterans United from this point on!
