Over the 3 months of house hunting, I only have 2 issues with the process. 1- the agent that was sourced to me, I didn’t feel he was attentive or able to search homes for me. He took days to respond, and weeks to update on home requests. 2- the VA Appraiser was slow with the paperwork and was sloppy and unprofessional. My agent said she has worked with her numerous times and says all agents she knows dislikes working with her. Don’t feel that veterans are served well by her services.
Even with those concerns, Allison’s team was amazing at guiding me through the process and attentive with getting me the help needed in my home search.

Veterans United is an amazing company that helped us buy a beautiful home. They have a large team that works diligently on your file and are there to answer any questions you might have. I have bought a house in the past but buying a home from Veterans United was the best experience I’ve had.
