When I first contacted Veterans United for there mortgage assistance in 2019, they were tremendously helpful. On this current refinance they continued with great customer service which I truly appreciated. I received a pretty reasonable rate and Ben contacting me to arrange the refinance.
The only issues I encountered during this process were during underwriting and were USCG specific. There were certain documents required that the USCG does not provide, and are DOD specific. Once I brought up these issues, it took some time but they were resolved. Thanks!
