Overall experience was good. Didn’t know i could use my VA loan more than once until I talked to someone at Veterans United. They had the answers to the questions we asked. Would recommend Veterans United to all the veterans we know!
Without a doubt the best home buying experience we’ve ever had. From the loan team to our real estate agent this was an efficient, even pleasant process. Checklists, reminders, and friendly phone calls kept everything on track and the inevitable snags were handled with professional efficiency.
Aaron Swanner was amazing! He and the other members at Veteran's United made buying our forever home extremely easy. We were guided the entire time. Even though we had lots of questions, Aaron always took the extra time to make sure everything was answered. This is why they are rated #1 for VA loans.
Overall everyone was mostly great. There were a few times when we were frustrated due to unreturned calls and misinformation from our loan specialist but everyone else was really nice and very fast.
I would recommend Matt and Mark for anyone. They were both so easy to work with. They answered all our questions, and tried to fulfill every request we made. They made this experience an easy and enjoyable one!

I am a first time home buyer and knew absolutely nothing! When i was put into contact with Mr. Quint he was very helpful and informative about the process and what would be required of me and the timeline from applying for pre approval to closing. The process went very smooth and the portal made things very convenient to review and sign documents. I was able to communicate with Brad via email, phone and text which made things even better. Once i found the home placed an offer and started going through more processes i was introduced to Lizzie Marshall who i would like to say was just as amazing as brad super helpful and very professional. She walked me through the last parts of the process and ensured that i knew what was going on. Thank you Veterans United for the amazing experience and making things go smoother than i had ever expected.
They were competitive and helpful. Covered some of my cash to close but charged me a extra 1/2 percent interest to do it. Hopefully they keep their word and help me refinance for free.
Our experience was very, very positive. We were treated like we were their number one client...all the way. I would recommend using a realtor with lots of experience. There isn't anything unusual with a VA loan, but there were a few extra details. And, this is just a personal remark; some realtors have a negative attitude towards VA loans, saying they are difficult to work with. That is not so...…. I'd ask the realtor their opinion of VA and shy away from them if they were even a little negative. Thanks to VA, we got our wished for home!!
