
This is my second home purchase through Veterans United. I was so highly impressed the first time that I did not even consider another company for my recent home purchase. Veterans United has earned my business for life.

The Veterans United website that we had access to during our home purchase was amazing. It allowed for easy access to allow us to upload and view documents, along with keeping track of what still needed to be completed, and where we were at during the whole process.

I doubt very much that my comments will be allowed on a reviews page. The VU representative was told that seller and buyer were going to work out a financial deal without a realtor. The VU rep was given permission to call seller and give her answers as to process. Instead, he informed her of buyer's allowable limit, subtracted the $7,500 for closing costs (which almost doubled by the time of closing) and told seller she could "eat" the costs, bringing the total sales price down by that much. Seller and I had not even begun negotiations. The process did not get much better from then on.

I just want to give a big thank you to this team. I was pretty nervous about buying a home for the first time but, they put my mind at ease. Any questions I had were answered and explained on the spot. There was never a time they didn't have an answer to my questions and I definitely asked a lot of them, multiple times a day. Every one of them needs a pay raise or a bonus this year. Their tireless efforts need to be appreciated to the highest extent possible.





I don’t know if there are any better options, probably not. We got the house and are happy, sad to see such incompetence though.

I have worked with Veterans United three times in the last few years to obtain a VA mortgage; twice to purchase a home and this last time to refinance my mortgage in order to take advantage of the lower interest rates. Each time I have worked with Sam Yoo and his team. Although the mortgage process can be frustrating at times, Sam and his team made every effort to understand my personal situation and make sure that I fully understood what was required each step of the way. Their full and complete knowledge of the VA mortgage process and requirements made things much easier for me. All I had to do was provide the information that they asked for and they took care of every thing else. When I was buying a home, they worked closely with the seller or seller's realtor to make sure that all VA requirements were met and the closing went smoothly. They were always readily accessible by phone or email to answer any questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Veterans United to anyone pursuing a VA mortgage.
