I tried buying a house with Wells Fargo where I have had a bank account since 1980 and the paper work process was extremely painstaking! After the Wells Fargo house deal fell apart we did not find another property we were interested in buying for about a year; therefore, I took a fellow Vet's advice and reached out to Bill and now we own a house!

As a Viet Nam veteran of 70 years old and on a fixed income from VA disability & social security, I am in a position of peculiar standing financially when it comes to a home purchase. I had all my doubt erased when Crystal explained she felt I deserved and would get my home purchased with her & her team working on it. I totally believed from then on that I would be a homeowner after the deal was done at closing. Kudos to Crystal & her team!!!

Ian was OUTSTANDING! He made the buying experience simple and answered every question my wife and I had. We were in Hawaii and he worked on our timezone to ensure our documents were completed on time.
Celina and Tanner were always available to answer any and all questions were in constant communication throughout entire process letting me know ahead of time the next steps. Calling to check in when there was quiet space due to processing time. I felt they truly care about the process and more importantly the veterans they serve!
During The whole process, I really liked the check list and the reminders. I am glad that I had all of the paperwork in a timely manner so I did not have to worry about searching . I have referred this company to my daughter who is a veteran in another state. Thank you for assisting me in the purchase of my home and the next step in my life.
