They have made the process very smooth and simple. I love the portal and how easy it is to upload documents and see things they need my to do. I understood what was happening and didn't feel overwhelmed and everyone in the team was very communicative, understanding and helpful.


I can't recommend Veterans' United Home Loans. We received pre-approval for our loan and started building our home 9 months ago. Veterans' United delayed our closing date twice on the same week were supposed to be closing. As a result, we had to reschedule movers and appliance deliveries twice. We were stuck having to reassemble furniture and unpack as we have 3 small children. Both delays were caused by Veterans' United and they were not the least bit apologetic. When we were finally able to move into our home we met our neighbors who also secured their loan with Veterans' United. They had the exact same experience and their closing date was also postponed twice. For a company that is supposed to support veterans and their families, they showed me they could care less about their clients.

I was apprehensive at first when this whole thing started, but Kirk and his entire team stood by me throughout the process and was very prompt to answer any and all of my questions. Zach and Kayla were always on hand when I had a question. I sent quiet a few to Kayla and she always responded back that very day. I must say this experience in buying this home was a very pleasant one indeed. We could have closed sooner if I had been more attentive to the tasks at hand, however I am very pleased with the results.
