I loved Veterans United. The customer experience was incredible from the welcome folder in the mail to the constant contact and information readily available. The VU website is well-designed and easy to navigate and the use of docusign makes everything so easy.

I started my VA loan process with another company that is very well known for insurance to veterans. I never felt like I knew what was being done or what was needed at any given moment with them.
