Veterans United is an amazing company. The loan specialist Tim Killday, that we worked with was great at communication and answering questions. When we called, he always made time for us, or would call back just as he said he would. When we went to refinance this month, Tanner who worked with Tim, was also amazing. This team is something you can only dream of. We are talking a 30 year loan with great financial responsibility to us as buyers, so to have a team who was working with us and for us, and always making sure we understood and were at ease, was nothing short of amazing. Veteran's United made the Va loan process a breeze! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and my loan officer provided excellent communication. He review all my documents quickly and made sure the underwriting would go smoothly. Near the end the of the process, the loan team was able to expedite the closing process so my closing would be on time.

They always gave me confidence when i was unsure about getting the loan.

Refinancing could be very stressful process for some especially veterans that may have to deal with various disabilities. The staff at veterans United made me feel very comfortable and quickly resolved any concerns that I may have had.. I would definitely recommend their services to my brothers and sisters in the armed forces!

Veterans United will ask for a lot of documents to get the loan approved. I had to remember this was a government loan with government paperwork. Sam was amazing! She was so professional and friendly. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and everything with the loan went as was originally explained. This was the easiest loan we have ever done. Everything went better than expected and service was amazing.

It was a joy to work with a great professional. Krystal prepared me for the initial loan process and then it was much easier to get through the process and ultimately we closed a week earlier than initially discussed. In the end we were able to close on a Friday and not have to waste a weekend waiting for Monday.. That was awesome. The whole process was relatively smooth. Being able to forward and sign docs on the web site helped tremendously too.
