Buying your first home is stressful, it's the biggest loan you probably have ever had. Veterens United and my Loan Officer, Stephen could not have done a better job making the entire process as easy and stress-less as possible. The communication was amazing, I always knew where in the loan process we were at and if there was anything need on my end. The website is extremely easy to use, they use a "to-do" list letting you know what documentation and information they need submitted from you.I can't say enough on how pleased I am with the entire home buying experience provided to me from Veterans United. I am 100% comfortable referring them to all my friends and family for a home loan. I would not hesitate using Veterans United for your home buying experience.

Im so Happy that i came across the veterans united ad on face book a couple months ago, i answered a few questions on there web site and then Eric Almazon contacted me and then we figured out how much i could afford to pay for a home they supplied me withn ateam which included a local realtor to help me find a home and 5 months later i have my home thank you so much Veterans United for helping me get my house and for helping all veterans god bless you

As a military family it is monumental to be able to take advantage of the $0 down option. It is also very important to have someone , like Karol Hart, who is in charge of your loan process and feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process.

Over the past nearly 50 years of being self-employed working with banks, leasing companies and credit card companies, I've never been put through a process such as what it took to do this mortgage through Veterans United. In the end, it got done and the final objective was accomplished. When asked above would I recommend Veterans United to a friend or relative I said yes, but it's a qualified yes. I would also tell others to also look carefully at what other lenders can do. Do the Due Diligence and compare. Of course, the better question is would I work with Veterans United again (or any VA loan packager for that matter) and my response would be "maybe." I would first talk to my bank and then compare. I didn't do that here to the degree I should have. My assumption was the VU/VA program being designed to help veterans would be better than what my bank could/would do. I don't now know if that is true or not.

I highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to purchase or refinance. They truly care about each client!

Working with Veterans United open my eyes on the legalities that have to go through purchasing my first home. The myVU account was very user friendly wherein I was able to see what had to be done and see the progress if these items were pending or completed. Overall, it was a great experience working with Veterans United and now I have a place to call home and not wasting my money on rent, but instead on real estate that I could potentially sell in the future. Thank you Veterans United!

I wish I had used Veterans United for my previous purchases because the whole process from application to closing was handled efficiently and effortlessly!

Excellent team.

This process was much smoother than my previous home purchase with a different lender three years ago. The team ensured that the transition was seamless and our needs were met. They made a solid first impression with a phone call during what I thought was after hours on a Sunday evening. They remained engaged throughout the process and worked to achieve closing requirements within our timeline.

We loved working with Veterns United and Katie. They answered all our questions and made the process easy and fast. Thank you so much!

Between Jimmy and his team and Ricki Lynn Cook our realtor, it was made easy and we had a great experience for our first time buying.Thank you again,Andrew Ellis
