I was amazed at how simple the process was and the online application works so well. Especially during the pandemic. The Veterans United team is great !
Overall, the process went well. Wesley was very friendly and patient, and in the end we did get our house. We did have a problem with important documents and packages being sent to the house we were purchasing, rather than the apartment we were living in, but that was understandable, considering the global pandemic.
Everything with Veterans United was straight forward and easy to follow. Their to-do portal was a great tool to get turned in whatever it was they needed. I am definitely glad that I switched lenders to Veterans United.
