Veterans United was just a dream doing business with, everyone was professional, courteous and made our home buying experience a smooth ride. It was not something I expected, I really didn't think buyi g a house would be possible, but Veterans United from the beginning said it would happen even during the pandemic. It was no BS helped us know what we could afford and gently guided us through the process.
We started dealing with other companies with other realtors and they were trying to sell and just made the proceed horrible. Just trying to make a buck, where Veterans United was trying to get us not only into a house, but into a home.
Everyone I dealt with was just good people, the ones you immediately know are good people you want on your side.
Just the VA fee. That’s the only discrepancy I see with the with the entire process. We had to do a termite inspection which is extremely odd for the part of the state I am in. Lived in Wisconsin my entire life and have never seen a termite. Seemed like a waste of money.
