After years of working on my credit and finally getting to where I could qualify for a home loan, I was ghosted by another company but that was a blessing in disguise because that led me to Veterans United!! Here, I was treated like I actually mattered. Everyone was so polite and curious throughout the entire process and every team member would put in long hours as sometimes they'd call, and apologize for it, late in the evenings. But that just showed me they were putting in the work to help my family and I get our dream home! The people were awesome! The “random” memos and signed letters are a turnoff. This is my third VA loan and the only time I’ve had to sign a memo about fencing touching the ground or prove I made a mortgage payment on a house I sold. By the end it felt more invasive than any other VA loan I’ve ever gotten...but they worked extra hard to help me with POAs when we had a sudden death in the family.
