Veterans United was informed, prepared, coordinated, timely, and friendly. My loan coordinator and underwriter were in constant communication with me and eachother throught the whole process. I felt like they had my back, and the proof is in the pudding. I'm a homeowner! And without the education and information the Veterans United had as well as gave, I don't know if I'd be able to say that.
The only issue that I had was that some of the documentation had to be resubmitted several times. My main issue was with Equifax verifiers. They miscommunicated information which caused a delay in closing by several days. Overall, Veterans United was GREAT!
I put off useing the VA loan because of the negative stigma anything the VA touches has. Veterans United Sam and Mandy made this the most pain free and smooth experience i have ever had buying anything. From the Lighthouse program to being pre-approved to going through the entire VA process to getting to closing day and owning the home the entire process was a phenomenal experience. I was afraid of the whole process, i didn’t know what lender to chose and who would serve me well based on my financial needs. I applied with a few lenders but ultimately ended with Veterans United. Boy, was that the best thing I ever did! I was assisted and well informed the whole process my loan team was very hands on with me and i felt like they truly cared for me and my process.
