Now I understand why Veterans United is the largest VA lender in the country. I was treated like the most important person everytime I walked through the door and they made me feel at home and like we were family. I had an awesome experience with initial impressions of the company all the way up to the closing date. My wife and I couldnt be happier! Veterans United was extremely help. They got us preapproved and raised our limits as we needed quickly when needed last minute. Justine gave me a number that I could text her at during business hours which made communication easy and convenient. Justine and Emilee were extremely helpful they answered questions and guided me through the process. I am a very hands on personality and they kept me well informed every step of the way. The website made getting documents submitted quick and easy. We thank Veteran United for helping us obtain our dream home.
My advice to any veterans buying house while PCSing is to make sure you have a fursure closing date. I did not and I wasted a ton of money on unexpected hotels and what not.

Most other people tell you that you could call night or day and they would answer and help you with any questions you have, but most don’t stay true to that.
