Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. I think they communicated very well and it was very quick and painless. The only thing would be the last day getting all the information however it might not have been on them fully and also this the process beforehand was so smooth.

Chace was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Our amazing realtor Jen Riley worked so diligently in the search for our dream home. She helped us reach our goal and made the journey there both memorable and enjoyable. Jen taught us so much along the way, helping us build up the confidence needed to make such an important decision. As first time home buyers, we were blown away by the level of care and professionalism shown by our Veteran's United team. They truly simplified the homebuying process from start to finish.
