Though there are some amazing individuals working at this company, it felt as though their processes are not very functional. After correcting known information like ethnicity of my spouse, pointing out the obvious if you look at it on several issues, refilling out the same exact information I had submitted previously, and abysmal communication between VU and my real estate agent, closing lawyer, etc. The stress of feeling like I worked as quality assurance for people not paying attention to what they are doing literally shaved time off of my lifespan.

Everything and everybody was great- it was all super easy and the only problems came from the people I was buying from never and issues or difficulty with Masor, or Kara at Veterans united- they were always available and answered anything and everything whenever I bothered them. The only thing I didn’t like was being offered security services, or other services from businesses outside of buying a home. When I originally got my pre approval I marked that I didn’t need or want help changing services over such as electrical or gas etc. I never once asked for a call in the middle of the day when I’m sleeping for work at midnight about if I want a home security service to contact because it’s veteran owned. I get offering the services- some people have trouble doing things for themselves or are inexperienced, but when someone says they’re good that should be it. Otherwise I’ve already recommended Vet United to two friends and another who wants to refinance.
