He’s excellent with numbers and helped us get the best rate. Notoriously, underwriting is one of the worst parts of the loan approval process, but Anna put us at ease and made everything stress-free. All of the VU representatives were kind, courteous, professional and had that “just right” sense of urgency needed to get the job done. The were all very knowledgeable and helpful in every way as well. The biggest factor for me was the VU mobile app!!! It is by far the most “user friendly” application I have ever used! The app, along with the assigned reps, together all made the home buying process incredibly easy and quick!!
