I would respond immediately to there request and have to wait 3 or 4 days for a response from them ornate to call and ask what was going on. Made me really want to give up

Jeff is an amazing person to work with. He call him and he doesn’t answer. He calls you back right away. He’s easy to reach through text message through email and even by phone.
