However, our fears were quickly put to rest when we were introduced to our Veteran's United team. Our wonderful loan officer Chace Tuck was there to guide us throughout the entire process. Chace was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Our amazing realtor Jen Riley worked so diligently in the search for our dream home. She helped us reach our goal and made the journey there both memorable and enjoyable. Jen taught us so much along the way, helping us build up the confidence needed to make such an important decision. As first time home buyers, we were blown away by the level of care and professionalism shown by our Veteran's United team. They truly simplified the homebuying process from start to finish. As this was my first home buying experience, I don't think I could have asked for a better loan officer. Alex was great. He was quick to answer all my questions and helped explain things in a different way to help me understand the process. I had a panic moment and Alex was able to talk me down. I had applied with Veterans United many years ago but my credit history was horrible. But when they called to tell me they couldn't do it they also told me what I needed to do to get there and I was able to build on my credit AND myself to get to this point. I appreciate everything Alex and his wonderful team has done for me and making sure I was ready and prepared. Thank you for helping me provide a better future for my family.
