Great services and smooth transaction on using VA loans
When we first decided to purchase a home, we felt the stress and anxiety that comes with such a major decision. However, our fears were quickly put to rest when we were introduced to our Veteran's United team. Our wonderful loan officer Chace Tuck was there to guide us throughout the entire process. Chace was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Our amazing realtor Jen Riley worked so diligently in the search for our dream home. She helped us reach our goal and made the journey there both memorable and enjoyable. Jen taught us so much along the way, helping us build up the confidence needed to make such an important decision. As first time home buyers, we were blown away by the level of care and professionalism shown by our Veteran's United team. They truly simplified the homebuying process from start to finish. Thank you all for making this the best experience possible!
All I can say is they are good people to work with. They took stressful situation and made it as pleasant as possible. I called them first and never regretted it. I can't say enough good things about Veterans United and Steve's whole team.

Underwriting was a complete pain. Will have to fight them about
My tax exempt status on property taxes. Their legal department thinks they determine my status..... not the state of Arizona. Just like I had to educate them on hauled water laws.
