Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. Everything was great but one thing I did find to be a slight bother is the time difference. Im two hours behind and I feel that may have lead to some small delays in communication throughout the process. This is to no fault of the team members, just circumstantial, but I thought it was worth a mention.Beyond that, I felt the team to be very attentive in assisting me along the way.
Ashley, Tiffany, and everyone else behind the scenes were AMAZING! The entire process was smooth and fast and the communication between us all was without a doubt impeccable. From start to finish they were all about me and my family. Its hard to put in words how I feel but I would recommend them 100% all day everyday . They even sent a personalized gift for each member of my family and my pets. Ive never received treatment from anyone the way that there guys did.
