Great communication. The whole process done over the internet. Their internet system of processing the loan was easy to understand and complete.
VU did an amazing job. I am a list person. Having the portal loaded with a To Do list that you can systematically work through makes things easy. The process was so fast. A little over 30 days to find the house and close. Your mileage may vary. 100% stress free the entire time. I know VU isn’t affiliated with the VA but I feel like they understand what we expect and the work ethic that was instilled in us during our time in the military. This is my 3rd house. This was hands down the fastest and easiest. My signing day (closing) was all of 13 minutes and that was them going through everything and answering my questions. This is the first time I did a VA loan and I will definitely do it again and do it through VU.

Everyone has been so accommodating since we really began this process before travel was welcomed. The Emerald Coast Title Company allowed a remote signing of the paperwork and was very helpful. Thank you to all.
You guys cost me a lot of money by the surprise increase in closing costs, delayed my closing because you were late to the table.. for these reasons I will not recommend VU to any of my Soldiers.
