I would just like to say to anyone who is considering going through this process please use Veterans United they have a positive attitude towards you and the home-buying experience. I did not think I would be able to really complete my loan because of my credit which was not great but was good and they showed me how to do the things you needed to do to make the dream of owning your own home a reality. Excellent service by Promise Jackson and her team. There was an early glitch in transferring information from one place to another that resulted in less cash out on the cash-out refi. Once noted and reported it was fixed in less than half a day. Very responsive.
