My only negative comment would be the cost to closing fees. Every veteran I know that used the VA home loan did so without any fees out of pocket. I was a bit disappointed that I had to spend so much money using my VA home loan.

A house in today's market is the most expensive decision but for me better than renting. I was discussing that even home owners in rough houses it is still there home and proud of it.
