The underwriter waited until the afternoon of the day before escrow was to close to finally approve the loan. This seemed unnecessary since I jumped through every hoop they presented. If there was anything I couldn't do or find, I informed them right away. Even on the day of closing, there were issues. The paperwork was signed 2.5hrs before the deadline. But it took up till the last 20 mins for the funding to go through. My loan manager Ross did what he could to help and it did finally clear. Was stressful for a while.



Overall, the entire team did an amazing job! Teamwork at its finest!

Charles and his entire team was outstanding throughout the entire process!
