Ben and Lauren both did a great job. Very responsive. Ben was very good at responding to my questions. I especially appreciated that he would also put the form I was inquiring into up and would answer questions line by line in detail.The only negative was a non-inhouse third party. Equifax conducted a thoroughly chaotic and unprofessional credit check, They were so unprofessional that I and USAA originally thought that I was being phished.
I loved receiving the gift from veterans united (the fancy glasses) - as silly as it may seem, in this time of pandemic, getting a happy gift in the mail was more impacting than i can say. So thank you all.
