We were able to scan and email and it automatically said that it was received and in review. My team was available and knowledgeable. They kept us informed always.

I'm very pleased with my experience. My loan team was great, and they ensured I had a completely hassle-free experience. In fact, they did such a great job, I was able to close on my new home a week early. I couldn't have asked for a better result.
