Yes we are a special case being retired and gold star. I was simply amazed with the poor terminology and request for documentation using the wrong words. I was also frustrated that the VA sat on documents for a week to kick them back with poor explanation. I suggest a specific group of agents handle cases like ours in order to reduce these situations. Joel would be a excellent candidate to lead such a team!

As you finish each task it is checked of and verified. The loan officers will contact you if additional info is needed or if you have issues or questions you can contact them and they will walk you through the process. My experience was seamless but In order to have great results you also have to be proactive and do things timely. It makes the buying process a lot easier.
