We had an excellent 2016 purchase experience with VU, but our 2020 refinance experience was 180. We had to initiate contact with our team for updates and they made late requests for docs that cost us extra money to get them rushed to us to meet unreasonable time lines. Funds due us are being sent to us thirty days after the mortgage closed. We were told those funds would be electronically deposited to our checking account, but instead the funds are being sent by mail which is inacceptable.

With COVID-19 happening there are a lot of unknowns happening. With Suzanne she met and exceeded all of our expectations. She had us a pre-approval letter within 5 hours. Our house closed two weeks early for a total time of less than 28 days! Not just the timeline but the customer service was outstanding. She was in constant communication with not only us but my realtor, home insurance agent and title company. Our realtor was also highly impressed with how personal Suzanne was and on top of everything. We will be using Suzanne again for our next home purchase.
