I appreciate the prompt responses from Nicole and her team. From my initial contact with Josh (who was super friendly and very helpful by the way) through the closing date they always answered my questions. In the beginning of our home buying journey we were with another lender. Sincerely Josh was the reason we decided to switch to Veterans United instead. Once he got us started - he connected us with Nicole and everything moved very quickly. One point that I will make is that I am more of a talker. I prefer to have conversations versus email or text. But I do understand that most business transactions require emails and text messages since they serve as a clear written record of communication. So the majority of communication was via email.
