This was not an easy process, we were continuously given the run around. Had to conduct the same inspections several times because they expired. Every time we asked if we had all required documents needed we were told yes, then we would get a call that there was something else. The process was long and very stressful. Definitely not the way a Veteran should be treated.

Veterans United made the home buying process as simple as could be for a first time home buyer. My loan team communicated every step of the way and was available to answer any questions I had.
I appreciate that Chad and his team don't call me every time there is a small rate drop. They didn't try to sell me a refi that I didn't want or wouldn't really benefit me. The entire process was virtually effortless and they readily answered all of my questions and took care to ensure I understood all the numbers and each step of the process.BRAVO ZULU!

Get your act together! Veterans deserve your best efforts, not your apathy for Vets who don't know or understand the process. If the docs aren't right, fix it, then have us sign. This isn't a speedy process and no one will die getting it right.
