My experience was less complicated than I imagined it would be for someone in my financial situation. VU was able to get me approved and helped me work through my issues. There are a LOT of documents that had to be submitted before obtaining the loan. I'm sure it is "procedure", but at times it can be overwhelming. In the end...It was worth it.
