They made the process simple and responded quickly.

Working with veterans United makes buying a house as easy as buying a car.Great people

I personally encourage all veterans wishing to buy a home to contact Veterans United and provide the documents needed along with associated details then allow them to do the rest. They know everything about VA regs and will work tirelessly toward getting you approved. I only have good things to say about Veterans United and specifically Zack Fitzgerald.

Veteran's Welcome! If you choose this loan company, you will have an experience designed for you. As a first time home-buyer, I was blown away by my loan team and the service they provided. We managed to close on the home well before the expected close date. Also, I was pretty happy with the motivated Semper Fi socks that came in the care package too. All the reviews are accurate, this loan company definitely knows what they are doing.

Long process, however, you will great through it and at the end you have a wonderful new home.

Rachel was awesome, she was in constant contact with us and did her best to keep us up to date during our house buying process.

VU is definitely the way to go. For a first time home buyer, they insured we understood the process and kept us on pace to becoming a home owner. They definitely have the Veterans best interest at heart.

What an incredible experience from getting per-qualified, to finding the perfect new home, getting final approval for my loan and closing on a tight timeline. The entire team was amazing. If I even need another VA loan, this company has won my loyalty.

Thanks to Veterans United for all their hard work and professionalism! They went above and beyond any of my expectations, if your a Veteran and you’re to purchase a home, give Veterans United a chance to go to work for you they’re the best at what they do! Thank you very much!

When we applied for a loan we were not sure we would be approved. After a few weeks we were notified about our approval. If it was not for Shane Miranda and Julia Ash we would not be happy homeowners now. Thank you both!

As a Veteran, If your looking for top level support and a program in your corner, Look no further. The process is simple, as loan processes go. They use easy to access technology, keeping you informed at every turn. One of the most important, They work for you, not your realtor. This is important because sometimes realtors refer lenders that are on their side and treat you like they are doing you a favor. Not at Veterans United. The are on your side in one of the most stressful and exciting moments in your life. One of my best decisions ever.

Watch the helpful videos about the loan process that are on the VU website. And start collecting your proof documents early. Be prepared/expect frustrations - in our case, we put 20%+ down but still had to go through all the steps as if we were putting 0% down. Also, be prepared to follow up, frequently. In the end, like anything else, you are your own advocate so if you want to close on a certain date, you'll need to not only submit all your documents early/on-time (like we did) but follow-up on and "encourage" the process to move forward.

My father recommended Veterans United to my wife and I because of the great experience he had with them. I have to agree with my father that they went over and above our expectations. If any veteran asks me for a lender recommendation I will certainly let them know about Veterans United.
