Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! I had a great experience buying my first home with Veterans United. I normally dont write reviews unless I had a very terrible experience with that person or company, but in this case, I MUST make an exception.....Jeff Ferguson and his team was totally outstanding. From the moment Jeff and I spoke on the phone his professionalism and his character was revealed. Jeff did not talk at me, he talked to me, and that was after he listened to me. He spoke to me as if he and I were neighbors who see each other everyday and have conversations. And even though I qualified for a home loan with Veterans United, Jeff still gave me good advise on continuing to raise my credit score.
Im the type of person who is detailed and 'hands on.' I ask a lot of questions. I want to be involved in 'everything.' I want to know 'everything.' And I want to know everything when I want to know it. Even though the information is not available 'at that time,' I still want to know it 'at that time.' Jeff was super patient and very understanding. Not one time did he make me feel as if I was frustrating him or bothering him.
And then after all of that, his knowledge and detailed explanation of the entire process and the documents was outstanding.
I have to also mention Cole who I also spoke with a lot, and his professionalism and customer service was also amazing.
I honestly cant speak about any of the other Loan Officers at Veterans United, but I can certainly speak about Jeff Ferguson and his team. And they are awesome.
Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! I think veterans united should give each member a raise and a bonus !
