Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! As mentioned above in my initial write up - here is my review thank you VU for being such an outstanding company/organization. All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. Ryan and his team are extremely communicative - explaining important details and providing timely insight when needed.
For the most part it was a great experience working with Veterans United. Celina and Lindsay were a great team and made sure that everything went smoothly. My one criticism is that the underwriters should ask for all the information up front not piecemeal or there should be at least some notification that they need new information. There were times when I thought I had everything in and then I would get a message from Lindsay saying there's been something in my VU to-do list for days. Other than that great!

The team from Veterans United that helped me out was phenomenal. This was my first home buying process, so I thought it was going to be terribly overwhelming. But it was not even close to overwhelming due to the team that helped me out. They were always there to answer any and all questions that I had and they answered me back in a timely manner.
