Just refinanced with VU - the experience was outstanding! Absolutely, no complaints! VU handled my original mortgage. When I saw an opportunity to refi, I shopped around but could not find a company that was better than VU. Others "fast talked" and promised great rates, but there was always something hidden in the numbers. They were not up front, detailed, and honest like VU. Had a few twists and turns, during the loan process, a lot of questions regarding VA loan applications and possible VA loan bylaws regarding getting a VA loan while having an existing VA and also learning about an IRRRL loan for Veterans.
