The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The portal aspect is awesome. Being able to upload documents immediately and getting reminders about things that need to get done is so much more user-friendly than all the other mortgage companies I’ve used in the past.

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! Aaron was amazing worked to get me a decent rate and terms. There, was some confusion when other staff got involved. Once they had everything clear to close, everyone evaporated and didn’t hear much from anyone after that. Aaron sent me a text when the property closed. Waiting for further instructions so I can start paying the bill.
