He stayed in communication regularly with me and did a masterful job of allowing me to vent at a point when "just one more thing" needed caused me to react with a bit of frustration. He remained calm, cool, and collected and never missed a step, almost therapeutically, if that makes sense. The guy is good and knows how to close a deal. Great experience, all docs done online via DocuSign with the exception of the final closing documents. All communication done via email, text and phone. Not the fastest refi I’ve ever done but still one of the best.

Over all the experience was OK. I found myself following up quite a bit for documents that should have been completed yet they fell through the cracks. When my realtor, title company and myself are hounding my loan team...it doesn't look good and it happened more than I would have liked.
Everyone on the team was excellent. They were able to answer any questions I had quickly & were a great help getting thru the entire process.
